CNBC is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Disruptor 50 list.
To access the official application, please submit a one-time application fee of $695. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email that contains a link to the official application form, which must be completed by Monday, February 10 at 11:59pm ET.
Nominations for the CNBC Disruptor 50 may be submitted by company employees, investors, or any communications representatives.
ONE ENTRY PER COMPANY, PLEASE.
When submitting an application on behalf of a company, please coordinate with other internal stakeholders, investors and communications representatives to ensure there is only one payment and application form.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for the 2025 Disruptor 50 list, companies must be:
Privately held **
Independently owned
Founded no earlier than January 1, 2010
** ”Privately held” means the company is not listed for trade on any public stock exchange, and is not in the process of merging with a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC). Any company that has announced, but not yet closed, a merger deal with a SPAC is considered PUBLIC and not eligible for the Disruptor 50 list.
